Major Airport: St Louis (about 20-25 minutes away by car)
Ground transport:
Mid-american Cab 618-277-1515 ($50 for one passenger & $2 extra for each additional)
MetroLink Train (from the airport): ~$4 disembark "Fairview Hts" & Call cab to Shrine ($15-20)

Alternate Accomodations
Ramada Inn, Fairview Hts--currently have 60 roomas vailable at their standard rate of $64.99 + tax;
    this is about 10 minutes from the Shrine
    Drury Inn, Collinsville--8 smoking rooms available at the moment; rate is $104.99; 1 handicapped
    room available at $109.99 (noting that Drury will be under-going a renovation during our time)
