A New Bishop For Forward In Faith (article by Rt Rev'd Keith L. Ackerman, FIC Magazine)
Submitted by Keith Acker on Mon, 2010-01-25 18:28“Can anything good come out of Nazareth.” If Forward in Faith and the Anglican Church in North America were attempting to find the best venue for the ordination and consecration of Fr. William Henry Ilgenfritz, then we failed miserably. Charleroi Pennsylvania is not a main thoroughfare, and although it has been called the “Magic City” because of its former prominence as the center of several industries, since the closure of virtually every industrial facility, Charleroi has lost some of her magic.
Living the Divine Life (article by the Rev'd Lee Nelson, FIC magazine)
Submitted by Keith Acker on Mon, 2010-01-18 09:42At her trial Saint Joan of Arc made her famous assertion, “About Jesus Christ and the Church, I simply know they are just one thing, and we shouldn’t complicate the matter.” The Christian life is about living the divine life in the person of Jesus Christ. St. Paul frequently describes grace as nothing less than a participation in the life of God.
